Equipment and
Safety
We have all the specialist equipment you may need. and can provide waterproofs and
rucsacs. On all activities the instructors will carry group shelters, mobile phones and/or
radios, first aid kits, and any other specialist equipment that may be needed Transport
Transport is available if required by our own mini-buses..
Accommodation
We book accommodation to suit your requirements, from a secluded Country Cottage to a
fifty bed, purpose built Mountain Centre with all the modern facilities, or one of the
many excellent Hotels Guest Houses, B&B's or Camp Sites in this beautiful area.
Clothing
Please ensure the party is equipped with walking boots (though trainers may be sufficient,
depending on the exercise), waterproof jacket and trousers, a rucsack, 1 change of
clothes, track suit bottoms, "man-made fibre" long sleeved tops, a couple of
sweaters, woolly hat and mittens or gloves. We can supply rucsacks and waterproofs and
some small sizes of boots.
Special Needs
It is the goal of our instructors, and 'Bob Postings' own
policy, that we do our utmost to help all to get a taste of the activities available in
this beautiful area.
Whatever your needs, or disability, we shall try to fulfil this aim and see you return
home having enjoyed as much as possible for you in Snowdonia.

Considerations
We operate activities in the mountains of Snowdonia the whole year round! Timetables can
be arranged to suit individual needs and requirements.
Prices for Activities
These will vary from around £35 per person per day (accomodation not included) to
considerably lower prices for groups, schools, organisations and companies, etc.
